Delaware's MOST WANTED: Understanding the First State's Nastiest Invasive Species
Blackbird Creek Reserve, Townsend, DE Tuesday, August 14, 2012
Teachers will participate in content presentations and hands-on activities, from state natural resource educators, focusing on the top terrestrial and aquatic invasive species of Delaware and the region. Once teachers are fully briefed on invasives, they will participate in an invasives-removal exercise at the workshop site. Teachers will receive a wealth of classroom resources and other materials, which will be aligned to state standards where possible.
